This Sure Leverage Funding review combines current official rules with TraderFuel’s direct experience using a $5,000 Free Challenge on MetaTrader 5. We purchased the account for exactly $5 in late March 2026, received credentials immediately, and traded it for 33 trading days before the account was later closed for exceeding 30 days of inactivity.

Quick answer: Sure Leverage Funding is one of the more interesting mid-tier prop firms right now because it mixes conventional evaluations, low-cost entry products and multiple instant-funding models. The strongest commercial angles are the standard 1 Step and 2 Step evaluations and the Instant Funding Static account with 8% static drawdown. TraderFuel’s MT5 execution was smooth and we did not observe exaggerated slippage. The main weaknesses are a dashboard that occasionally freezes, complicated differences between account types, payout caps or buffers on several products, and the fact that TraderFuel has not yet verified a payout.

βœ… The Good

  • Strong mix of 1 Step, 2 Step and instant-funding products.
  • Instant Funding Static offers a rare 8% static maximum drawdown.
  • MT5 execution was smooth in TraderFuel’s direct test.
  • Credentials and account activation were immediate.
  • Checkout promos can materially reduce entry cost.

❌ The Bad

  • The dashboard and AI/support widgets occasionally freeze.
  • Rules differ materially between products.
  • Several products use payout caps, consistency checks or profit buffers.
  • TraderFuel has not yet completed a funded-stage payout test.
  • The Free Challenge is a useful test product, but not the best long-term value.

What Is Sure Leverage Funding?

Sure Leverage Funding is an online simulated prop trading company offering evaluation challenges and direct-access instant-funding products. Its checkout currently lists 1 Step, 2 Step, Buy Now Pay Later, EA Challenge, Free Challenge, Instant Funding, Instant Funding Lite, Instant Funding Trailing, Instant Funding Zero and other promotional account routes.

The company supports MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. Its current general rules state that a trader may hold up to $200,000 in active funding at one time. Older help-center material referenced a higher combined limit, so the newer $200,000 rule should be treated as controlling unless the dashboard or written agreement states otherwise.

Sure Leverage Funding rules for the K Free Challenge including drawdown, consistency and payout cap

Sure Leverage Funding Programs

1 Step Challenge

Best for traders who want a faster route and can handle a trailing drawdown model.

  • 10% profit target
  • 3% daily drawdown
  • 10% end-of-day trailing maximum drawdown
  • 50% best-day consistency applies in evaluation and funded stages
  • 90% standard profit split
  • Bi-weekly payout schedule
View 1 Step

2 Step Challenge

Best for traders who want more room and a more conventional evaluation structure.

  • 10% Phase 1 target and 5% Phase 2 target
  • 5% daily drawdown
  • 10% maximum drawdown
  • No evaluation time limit under the current standard 2 Step rules
  • Funded-stage stop-loss and payout rules apply
  • 5% profit cap per payout cycle
View 2 Step

Instant Funding Static

The strongest direct-access drawdown structure in the current lineup.

  • No challenge phase
  • 8% static maximum drawdown
  • 4% daily drawdown
  • 25% profit consistency
  • 5% profit cap per payout cycle
  • Maximum funding of $200,000
View Instant Static

Instant Funding Zero

Removes the consistency rule but replaces static drawdown with a tighter high-watermark model.

  • No profit consistency rule
  • 5% maximum drawdown measured from the high-watermark
  • 3% daily drawdown
  • 70% profit split
  • 3% profit buffer before withdrawals
  • Bi-weekly payouts and 5% withdrawal cap
View Instant Zero

Instant Static offers the larger and simpler static loss buffer. Instant Zero removes consistency, but the high-watermark drawdown and 3% buffer materially change the economics.

$1–$5 Free Challenge

A cheap way to test the platform and some of the firm’s operational flow, not the core conversion product.

  • 10% Phase 1 target and 5% Phase 2 target
  • 8% static maximum drawdown
  • 5% daily drawdown
  • 30-day time limit per stage
  • 25% best-day consistency
  • 50/50 profit split
  • One payout maximum
View Free Challenge

Free Challenge Payout Structure

The Free Challenge was useful for TraderFuel’s MT5 test, but it is not the account we would prioritize for most serious traders.

  • 5% profit cap per cycle
  • $250 maximum withdrawal on a $5K account before the split
  • 28-day payout schedule
  • 24-business-hour processing guarantee after approval
  • Maximum account duration of 90 days across both phases and funded stage
  • No free reset
See Our Direct Test

EA Challenge

Designed for evaluation with automation, but the funded-stage rules are not identical.

  • EAs permitted in the designated EA evaluation
  • Funded-stage restrictions may remove EA access
  • 25% profit consistency
  • Lot-size consistency checked at payout
  • Stop-loss required in funded status

Other Checkout Routes

The checkout also displays additional products that should be reviewed individually.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later
  • Instant Funding Lite
  • Instant Funding Trailing
  • Competition accounts
  • Promotional add-ons for lot restrictions, swaps and profit split

Important: Sure Leverage Funding changes product rules more frequently than many larger firms. Always verify the help-center article and agreement attached to the exact account you purchase. Do not assume the Free Challenge, standard evaluations and instant accounts share the same time limits, consistency rules or payout mechanics.

Which Sure Leverage Funding Accounts Look Best?

Best Standard Option

2 Step Challenge

The 2 Step looks like the best mainstream evaluation for most readers because it offers a familiar 10% + 5% target structure and more forgiving loss room than the 1 Step.

Best for traders who want a more conventional and scalable path.
Best Instant Option

Instant Funding Static

The 8% static maximum drawdown is the standout rule in the current lineup and will appeal to traders who dislike high-watermark style pressure.

Best for traders who want instant access without a trailing model.
Fastest Route

1 Step Challenge

The 1 Step is faster, but the end-of-day trailing maximum drawdown requires tighter discipline and will not suit every style.

Best for disciplined traders who are comfortable with trailing risk.
Budget Test

Free Challenge

Useful as an ultra-low-cost test or content angle, but not the strongest conversion option for a trader who wants better long-term economics.

Best for testing the ecosystem, not for maximizing value.

Trading Rules and Soft Breaches

Trading conditions depend on the account type, but several themes repeat across the current Sure Leverage ecosystem. Stop-loss requirements become more important in funded stages, consistency rules apply to multiple products, and profit caps or buffers can materially reduce what appears to be an attractive headline account.

News trading is allowed on the Free Challenge and Instant Funding Static. Other products, including 1 Step and Instant Funding Zero, can restrict trades around major news windows. EAs are not allowed on the Free Challenge or on most standard products, while the EA Challenge has its own automation-specific framework. Copy trading is generally limited to copying your own trades rather than following other traders in the same timeframe.

Soft breaches matter: profits from trades that violate funded-stage restrictions may be deducted at payout review. If soft-breached trades represent too large a share of the account, a payout can be denied. A first denial can reduce the profit split by half; a second denial can close the account.

TraderFuel’s Direct Sure Leverage Funding Experience

TraderFuel purchased a $5,000 Free Challenge for exactly $5 in late March 2026. Credentials arrived immediately, activation was immediate, and the account was traded on MetaTrader 5. During normal execution, MT5 felt smooth and we did not observe exaggerated slippage, repeated order rejections or persistent connection problems.

$5 paidNo additional charge was added to the Free Challenge purchase.
33 trading daysThe dashboard recorded 15 profitable days and a 45% win rate.
-$158.97 resultThe loss did not violate daily or maximum drawdown.
Closed for inactivityThe system email cited β€œExceeded days since last traded.”
TraderFuel MT5 test experience with a Sure Leverage Funding K challenge account

The account was not closed because of the $158.97 loss and it was not closed for missing the phase target. It failed because Sure Leverage detected that the account exceeded the permitted inactivity window. That matters because the test still supports a positive view of MT5 execution, even though it does not validate the payout stage.

The main operational complaint is the dashboard. Some menus and widgets occasionally freeze. During our latest check, the support-chat and AI buttons were not responding. This did not affect MT5 execution, but it reduces confidence in the dashboard as a reliable support and account-management tool.

Free Challenge Rules Explained

Targets

10% + 5%

Phase 1 requires 10% and Phase 2 requires 5%. Each stage has a separate 30-day limit.

The account is inexpensive, but the clock makes it materially harder than an unlimited evaluation.
Loss Limits

5% Daily / 8% Static Maximum

On $5,000, equity must remain at or above $4,600. The daily limit resets at 5pm EST using the higher of balance or equity.

The static 8% maximum drawdown is trader-friendly; the daily reset calculation still requires attention.
Consistency

25% Best-Day Rule

No single trading day may equal or exceed 25% of total profit for the payout period.

A $1,000 best day requires at least $4,000 total profit before payout eligibility.
Payout

50/50 Split and One Withdrawal

The profit cap is 5% of starting balance. On $5,000, the maximum request is $250 before applying the 50% split.

The account is primarily a low-cost trial, not a strong long-term funded product.

Sure Leverage Funding Payouts

24-business-hour guaranteeEligible and approved requests are advertised as processed within 24 business hours, subject to stated exceptions.
Product-specific schedulesFree Challenge uses 28 days, while several standard or instant products use bi-weekly or instant-request eligibility.
Profit capsSeveral products limit withdrawals to 5% of the initial balance per cycle.
Not verified by TraderFuelOur direct test did not reach a funded-stage payout request.

Sure Leverage advertises an additional 10% on the profit split if an eligible payout exceeds its 24-business-hour guarantee. Exceptions include weekends, holidays, compliance or risk reviews, banking delays and incomplete Rise onboarding.

Platforms, Execution and Dashboard

Sure Leverage Funding currently offers MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. Our direct experience is limited to MT5. Execution was fluid, and ordinary market orders did not show exaggerated slippage. We did not encounter a trading-platform issue that caused the account to fail.

The dashboard was less consistent than MT5. Account statistics were useful, including trading-day calendars, equity charts and drawdown tracking, but some interface elements occasionally became unresponsive. Traders should keep independent records rather than relying exclusively on the dashboard.

Sure Leverage Funding Trustpilot Reviews

3.9
/ 5
Trustpilot snapshot from the current public profile

Sure Leverage Funding currently shows a public Trustpilot profile with a roughly four-star category and more than 1,400 reviews. That is a useful reputation signal, but it should never replace the written rules attached to the specific account you buy.

Positive feedback usually mentions low-cost entry accounts, quick account delivery, easy platform access and approved payouts. Critical reviews focus on payout disputes, dashboard or support issues and the interpretation of product-specific rules. That mix is normal for prop firms, but it reinforces why traders should judge the company by the exact rule set that applies to their account.

Sure Leverage Funding Review FAQ

Is Sure Leverage Funding legitimate?
Sure Leverage Funding is an operating simulated prop trading company with active programs, official rules, MT5 and TradeLocker access, and a large public-review footprint. This does not guarantee that every trader will pass or receive a payout.
Did TraderFuel test Sure Leverage Funding?
Yes. TraderFuel purchased a $5,000 Free Challenge for $5, received immediate access and traded it on MetaTrader 5 for 33 trading days. The account later failed because it exceeded the inactivity allowance, not because of drawdown.
What is the Free Challenge profit split?
The Free Challenge uses a fixed 50/50 profit split. It also limits the account to one payout and caps the payout request at 5% of the initial balance.
What is the Sure Leverage Free Challenge consistency rule?
No single trading day may equal or exceed 25% of total profit for the payout period. The rule is calculated from total profit, not only the withdrawal cap.
Does Sure Leverage Funding allow news trading?
News trading is allowed on the Free Challenge and Instant Funding Static. Other programs, including 1 Step and Instant Funding Zero, may restrict trades around high-impact news.
Does Sure Leverage Funding allow EAs?
EAs are prohibited on the Free Challenge, standard 1 Step, standard 2 Step and most instant products. The designated EA Challenge has separate automation rules.
How fast does Sure Leverage Funding pay?
Eligible requests are covered by a 24-business-hour processing guarantee, subject to weekends, holidays, compliance reviews, banking delays and onboarding exceptions. TraderFuel has not yet verified a payout.
Which Sure Leverage Funding account has static drawdown?
Instant Funding Static uses an 8% static maximum drawdown and a 4% daily drawdown. The Free Challenge also uses an 8% static maximum drawdown during its limited-duration evaluation structure.
8.9

Final Verdict: Worth Watching, but the Next Test Should Be a Real Conversion Account

Sure Leverage Funding earns an 8.9/10 based on its wide account selection, immediate account delivery, smooth MT5 execution in TraderFuel’s direct test, competitive promotions and the availability of an 8% static instant-funding model.

The next logical step is not another $5 test. It is a proper conversion-focused test on a standard 2 Step or Instant Static account so TraderFuel can evaluate the funded stage, payout review and real withdrawal experience. Until then, Sure Leverage looks promising, but not yet fully verified end to end.
